Sans is not human. He bled because he had his ketchup stuffing inside his clothing, plus he drank ketchup all the time (hence ketchup from his mouth and belly 
Also, you can hear him turn to dust after he exits the screen and speaks to Papyrus

There's actually a good bit of evidence to support that idea, of which this is one. Another is that during the fight against Sans during a genocide run, a hack can be performed to switch the point of view to Sans, where his name appears in the corner, his health bar changes (he only has 1 HP), he's either LV1 or LV0, and, most importantly, his heart is the same orientation as Frisk's and those of the humans, with the curves on the top and point on the bottom. Which is the opposite of every single monster soul in the game, where they have curves on the bottom and points at the top. There are other things too, like him being confidently knowledgeable about things only humans would know for sure, like what the sun is, which no monster has seen in over a thousand years, and the fact that, during pacifist runs, he instantly recognizes Frisk is a human, something no monster save those associated directly with Asgore is able to do (Tori is Asgore's ex-wife; Undyne is the Head of the Royal Guard and reports directly to Asgore; Alphys is Royal Scientist, also reports directly to Asgore, and programmed Mettaton with anti-human features to impress him).
The more you think about it, the more it seems like Sans could indeed be human.

2: It can't be a mask, because his expression changes after he gets hit.
3: Humans don't turn into dust, which happened to him.
4: The sweating is also done by papyrus

I agree with you. I prefer to just accept Sans as monster rather than assume hes human. The only real evidence we will have is Toby's word.....but I doubt he will say anything.

I agree, also the fact that he bleeds blood while other monsters turn into dust, and how papyrus doesn't have pupils but sans does, and skeletons aren't supposed to have pupils.

Papyrus does have pupils occasionally, sans DID turn into dust after he walked off screen, and his expression shifts after you hit him so his face cannot be a mask. You argument?

Yes but we aren't truly sure if he did turn into dust out of screen, we may have heard a noise but it also didn't show his heart breaking to pieces like other characters. And there are masks that can connect with your facial features. What i mean by this is that if you talk, the masks mouth moves as well or the expression might change. These are just theories but that is what is good about this game (one thing i think we can both agree on)
