Ok, thought it was about time I did a book fae of my own.
This is another multi-layered tube (3 layers: fae, fae & books, full scene) that will be included in my next AMI pack.

Just curious, how heavily do you rely on postwork? I mean, does the render come out fairly finished-looking, or is there a lot of postwork afterward?

It depends.. some are straight renders with slight postwork like softening or messing with the colours/brightness levels but most I render in pieces and put them all together in PSP. The figures usually get rendered bald and sometimes in the nude.. hair, & in those latter cases clothes, come in the postwork. All depends on my mood pretty much & how much detail I want that I can't get in a straight Poser render. lol

Most people seem to vary their method as they go.
I'm asking all of the Poser and DAZ artists that I meet online how they do what they do in an effort to develop my own technique, since I don't really have mouch of a method for postwork at the moment (and subsequently my pictures usually stay as raw renders.)

It's the name of the series. If you look at the books' spines closely, the series is Book of Beasts & the titles include all sorts of fantastic beasts like Dragons, Unicorns, Minotaurs, Hypogriffs, & Centaurs. I thought it was a good fit since she's a fantasy creature herself.
