Also very good work at the background! Fantastic how the thin trees seems to disappear in the distance, that effect gives a lovely and realistic depth
I also like the dark wolf next to the fox, especially because you just see it, when you take a 2nd look. And in collaboration with the title it seems like a protector for the fox. Although I guess the dark eyes makes it seem a little dangerous… Maybe it would be better to use an eye color there as well
Amazing work with the light and how it seems to fight through the leaves to light this place in the dark forrest.
All in all a wonderful work! Well done!

Youre right, the wolf is like a protector who guards the fox from a distance, but as he guards the fox protection he has some troubled intentions too, thats why the dark eyes.
