Flying.

"Fuck- go go go!" Jax urged Sinner on under his breath, the pair galloping out from the starting gate. As they whipped past their surroundings that feeling of weightlessness began to set in. "One, two, three, go-" He counted his strides over the first jump, a simple log. Picking up the pace, they navigated their way through the trails. He missed this. The feeling of competing, the rushes of adrenaline. Next up was a brush jump, them picking up speed. Sinner took the long spot, soaring over the jump in what felt like slow motion. The scopey mare landed and recovered beautifully, tossing her mane and twisting around the corner in the direction of the next jump, finishing the course in nearly a record time for her.

Dismounting, Sinner was absolutely drenched in sweat, but clearly the young mare had had fun. Her eyes were bright and observant, head high and swiveling around, it seemed as if she was barely even tired. Though her bitchy mare side did come through when a stallion walked behind her, the grey's ears pinning flat back as she released her deafening battle cry. "Oi- ya bitch." Jax scoffed, leading her back into the barn where he met Jack and Jess, his boyfriend and best friend. "How did it go?" Jess excitedly asked, Jack nodding quickly in questioning along with Jess. "It went great!" He replied with a grin on his face, quickly leaning over and giving Jack a quick kiss on the cheek. "Wanna help me wash off this sweat monster?" Jax giggled as he took off his helmet, shaking his head. "..It was amazing." He repeated again, his grin growing.
