I showed it a bit in my comics, Mewtwo probably did consider it but then he realized Ash, a very valuable human because of how selfless he is, is very accident prone, so he’s a bit paranoid about leaving...not to mention it’s a very cozy home life he’s never experienced. Newtwo Might be in the same boat as him
