Description
Jun-A266, callsign Noble Three, serves as Noble Team's sniper and recon specialist. Sort of my contemporary version of him, in this case he's a Navy SEAL sniper armed with the Barrett M82 anti-material rifle and a silenced M4A1 nearby.This is part of my version of the members of Noble Team from the game Halo: Reach, but in a contemporary setting instead.

That's not usually how it works, taking a futuristic concept and bringing it to the modern day, but I have to say I'm impressed with the outcome. Nice shading as well.

as opposed to all the "steampunk", "fantasy" or "medieval" re-imagining of certain characters
but man, this was done ages ago.

this guy is pro to be able to get himself comfortable on something that small platform-wise. and this is why i give props to the snipers who had my back in afghanistan. god that was horrible, wearing 80 pound gear in 120 degree weather. worst part is, it got fucking COLD at night.

Theres a dA user that has a comic about his fate. Check out "A Fistful of Arrows". The Story and art is so good, that I consider it canon!
