They're Srams, not Eliatropes.
They follow the god Sram, who I believe amongst other things is also a god of murder. Srams are assassins.
Yugo's people are incarnates of the Goddess Eliatrope, born with a twin sibling who is a dragon. So far as we know, Eliatropes never appeared during the Dofus Era, which is 400 years before Wakfu.
