Here's yet another piece of Destiny Fan Art that I did. It's a recruitment poster for one of the enemy races in the game known as the fallen based off the Uncle Sam army recruitment Poster. I made a pun with it. A very corny pun. but hey It was the best I can do. If you're wondering what I'm talking about the fallen are an alien race that have 4 arms. Hence the "Four Army."It was funnier when it was in my head.

Is it just me or do the fallen seem to be the most human of our enemies. Under different circumstances, we might have been able to be allies, fighting those who wish to destroy the universe. After all, the fallen do not seem as though they wish to destroy the universe, they merely want to expand and grow the only way they know how (as we did with the help of the traveler). Sadly, the other forms of life (and the darkness) in the universe have taught them the only way to survive and grow is to fight and conquer. Because of this, I feel sad whenever I am confronted by fallen enemies and kill as few as possible. So I implore all who read this, attempt to feel some empathy when facing the fallen, for the darkness has forced us to fight for survival as well; and recognize the real enemies, the Hive and the Vex.

Agreed, I also feel sort of the same when fighting against the Cabal (who hold the distinction of being the only faction in the game to not be religious fanatics, as Hive and Vex worship the darkness, Fallen worship/revere the High Servitors and Humans have some kind of cult based around the Traveller), but not to the same degree.
I'm not entirely sure what you mean by 'those who wish to destroy the universe', from what I can tell the Darkness and its' direct servants seem more intent on altering the universe to suit themselves than destroying it.
Also, what is with these vague names? The Traveller, The Darkness, The Cabal, The Fallen, The City, The Hive etc... Would it kill Bungie to give us the actual names of these things? Traveller and Darkness I can buy because they're so mysterious, but presumably the Fallen, Hive and Cabal have species names?

It always made sense to me that the races have titles instead of actual names for the species? I mean, how would we know what they're called? It's not like their name is pasted on the side of their ships now, is it?
Besides, the titles do make sense. The Fallen are named so because they were originally a race of SPESS nobles that eventually devolved into little more than SPESS Pirates.
The Hive are named so because they're based on a big-ass Hive on the Moon.
The Vex are called so because their past is considered VEXing and mysterious.
The Cabal, because they're a Cabal.

The Fallen's true species name is Eliksni. And I agree with these statements, and I'd like to think that Human economy is still in effect after the Dark Age, even though most of Earth is....well not Human. I'm also intrigued by the Cabal Emperor, a possible antagonist for any future expansion or game. I also want big battles, fighting alongside A.I allies and the Last City to be attacked, maybe loose a few members along the way and have choices in game. This would make Destiny for me.

The Cabal are the least mythical too. Their Psions are stated to be psychic, but other than that, they are purely technological and militaristic.
