That... is an AMAZING metaphor for what strong hunger does to your brain and body. Well-written. Wow. 
A little stability in your food supply does wonders for your mental state, as Egg has discovered. She's such a lovely badger. I'm glad she has the peace to dream now.

D'awwwww. 
Egg is pretty inspirational in that she chooses to focus on the blessings that have come her way, rather than allowing herself to become bitter. Something that Hemlock could learn from... then again, we don't know Hemlock's full story.
