Its my favorite Ship-Girl Tenryuu from Kantai Collection.
It has been a long time since I did a digital work. I did this during my spare time from work and law school. To be honest, I wanted to draw this because I wanted a new desktop background for my computer.
Done half of this with manga studio 5 with a monitor tablet, did the other half on my laptop with a regular tablet and pen
