Zuko X Reader ch.3: Finally here

You woke up on Zuko's chest and smiled up at him. You still had alot of pain on your chest so you laid your head back on Zuko's chest to use as a pillow. Zuko woke up to see your head on his chest. Thinking you were asleep, he kissed you on the top of your head and you blushed really red and open your eyes quick. "Y-you were awake?" Zuko asked blushing as red as you. You nodded and Zuko got out from under you fast making you fall on your wound. You screamed out and Zuko went back to you. He comforted you until you laid back on your back still in pain. Zuko stopped talking and there was an awkward silence filled in the air. The moment was pulled away from many knifes being thrown threw the wall plus fire and/or lightning and Zuko collapsed on the floor to dodge it. He crawled over to you and moved hair out of your face and carresed your face. "Are you ok?!" Zuko asked over the loud lightning and fire. You nodded and he let go then crawled to the window he looked up to see Ty lee, Azula, and the same ex that he was once in love with. "Mai." Zuko said under his breath.

"We have to get out of here!" Zuko yelled scared and ran up to you. He ducked down just in time and you followed him to the door but right when Zuko got to the door you felt pain in your chest and fell back down to the floor. Zuko opened the door but ran back to you right when the shots stopped. Zuko held you as you were about to scream but Zuko put a hand on your mouth. "Shhh...they've stopped for some reason." Zuko whispered and you nodded but you still had pain. Zuko stood up and stood you up and you winced from pain. "Just bare it, please?" Zuko asked in a whisper and you nodded again. Zuko dragged you behind him and open the door to see Mai. She threw a knife at you and you hit the floor before she hit you and you screamed because you fell on your chest. "Azula was right, she did hit you hard." Mai said to you and Zuko was so mad. He held his hands up but Mai used that against him and threw knives to hit his braclets and he was stuck to the floor.

"So this is the girl you replace with me?! A little firebender, she's nothing special..." Mai said as you tried to stand up shaking. "What are you doing? trying to save your boyfriend?" Mai asked as you got on your knee. Pain went threw you again and a hand shot straight to your wound with a small cry and Mai laughed. You felt such big anger go threw you and you ignored the pain and stood up straight. Zuko tried to get out of his hold while you felt a flame inside of you. It felt powerful so you took a breath in and you closed your (colored) eyes and then opened them to a crimson red. Mai stumbled back into Ty Lee and Azula when they come. You breathed out fire and went through the steps Zuko taught you. Zuko was watching, amazed you were this powerful. "The dragon princess." Azula said scared seeing your tattoo on your right arm, it was there since you ever could rember you don't rember how you got it. Zuko was amazed even more.

You faught all three of them and when you got the chance you tried to help out Zuko and once you freed him, while the apponets were in pain, he tried to help but you put hand in his way. "No...they are mine..." you said throwing fire not just orange but off all colors. 'She is the drangon princess.' Zuko thought. Ty Lee came around from behind you and used the normal technique on a bender but all you did was turn around to kick her away. The dragon princess was the girl born from the lava in a ancient volcano and she was raised by dragons plus they taught her how to firebend she was stronger then any firelord or even Avatar, being raised by the animal of fire. She was so strong but some how she vanished. What they don't know about you is that when you vanished it was because you tumbled down a hill and hit your head on a rock. You woke up and then rembered nothing at all, not even your name. You only got your name by the people you took you in and you were only 10. Right now, you were 18 and living in the palace with Zuko. All of your memories were swarming into you at an increasing rate.

You defeated them all and they ran for their life. You felt all the energy go away and you collapsed on the floor. Zuko ran up to you and laid you on your back. "(NAME)! STAY AWAKE!" Zuko yelled at you and you opened your eyes tiredly. You caressed his cheek and then fainted into his arms. At that moment Appah landed outside and Team Avatar hopped out. Sokka came running in yelling "Hey, Zuko, we made it here early!" and then he saw you in his arms and his smile faded. Katara came running up to you and got out some water over your wound she was healing you, but Zuko still wouldn't let go of you. Aang came in to see the scene of you opening your red eyes again and screaming at them. "Shhh...(Name), they are friends." Zuko said and you stopped then turned back to him. "Your eyes are red." Sokka said pointing and you shifted your eyes to him. "Do you want to know why?" you asked. "Yes, we would." Aang said.

You stood up and Zuko tried to help but you were fine, he stood up with you. "Hello, I'm the dragon princess, (Name)." you said curtsying. "What is a dragon princess?" Katara asked. "I was born from boiling lava, raised by the dragons and taught fire bending by them." you said throwing up a (fav color) fireball and playing with it. Zuko told you to put it because you were scareing them and you did as you were told. "Soo...your eyes are red because...?" Aang asked and you facepalmed. "They are red because I was born from lava, are you that oblivious?" you asked your hand still on your forehead. "Yes he is." Zuko said. "Hey!" Aang yelled defencivly. "Finally you're here anyway." Zuko said ignoring Aang. "Why?" Katara asked. "I was shot by lightning about two days ago, right?" you asked Zuko. "Yes." he said. "Well I've been in alot of pain...then a girl named Mai, Zuko's sister, Azula, with some other girl I don't know the name of and they started to attack us." you said. "Ty Lee?" Aang asked. "Yes." Zuko said.
