Love these. How do you cut your circuit boards?

For some of them we use circuit board cutters (heavy duty scissors), and some of them are machined by a CNC machine that my friend has. Glad you like them!

I do not have any, but I could always make use of circuit boards in interesting colors. What are you proposing?

I have access to a CNC Milling machine, to cut PCBs to perfect shape, no need for filing or finishing.
Planning on chopping up dome large Chips to use their side profiles.

Circuit board side profiles look pretty neat -- should be a fun project! I have had some of my circuit boards milled, but it's too expensive to do for all of them. I'm also pretty sure milling machines can't handle recycled circuit boards that already have components on them, like the ones in this listing.

Lucky to have a small CNC at work, which I have to learn to use.
The problem is making sure theres a clean cut through the borad and component without ripping the device off.
I will let you know how that goes.
