I have quite a lot of OP Fcs (or OCs if you think Ocs and Fcs are the same thing), it's time to do a ref sheet for them all !

So let's start with my « main » Fcs, Arnel and Stevy !

Birthplace: Regnar, North Blue (It's a peaceful and rainy isle)

Body Type: V : Thin, broad shoulders, long face.
Family : Barclay (little brother, Marine), Cynthia (older sister, lives the good life at Dressrosa)

Personality: Arnel is a sociable guy, he likes being around people and have no problem making new friends. He can act smug sometimes because of his excessive confindence.
He is ignorant about a lot of things, especially when it comes to politics and world problems which he doesn't undertsand, as he doesn't even like to read the newspaper and like to learn about it by talking to others. All of that make him quite manipulable.
He doesn't know what to do with his life, he just goes with wathever happens to him.
