Flowey that's just mean, during all of Frisk's journey he mistook Frisk for Chara. When he was God of Hyperdeath he admitted he was doing becasue he didn't want to say goodbye to them again but now that he has them, he's all NOPE!!!!

Flowey is actually worse than Chara. Chara at least has a reason for their actions. When you do Genocide twice, they basically tell you that you're disgusting. They want power, and that's it. They are completely coldblooded. Flowey, on the other hand, likes to PLAY. He kills for his own amusement, to satisfy his curiosity. He's a sadistic little shit. Chara would never be excited by the thought of killing you over and over again.
