How to draw clouds:

Make a random shape with the circle tool.

For some reason, clouds are easier to draw on Sketch Star than on Paint Tool SAI.

One thing I wish SS would change would be that the paint bucket/fill tool actually fills the entire hollow object you are selecting, and not leave an annoying line of white or whatever background colour you're using that you have to fill in with your paint brush.
