Hi, you choose a good theme for your picture. I like the transparent blouse. You drew it well. Your background is well done, too. YouΒ΄ve got many details there.
You could improve your artwork with shafts of sunlight or with some highlights.

I love the tropical theme on this piece! I feel summer-y just looking at it and I also really like how you did her eyes, hair and clothing patterns! Very cool! A suggestion I have would be to shade/add shadows to the girl and the background. I see you have some small shading in the background so maybe darken those shadows a bit more. You'll need toΒ find your light source first though. Here is a helpful shading tutorial I found that may help you:
