lol - that's great! And while I'm Canadian, I can say I've been lucky to never have gotten stuck in the snow before...but it does happen often enough here for that bit to be absolutely hilarious. That, or people just skidding period.

it's, from what little I know, a meeting between the countries that takes place in one of their countries every year. For example, in 2000 it was in Japan, 2001 was Italy, 2002 was Canada, and so on. I don't know what exactly they discuss, maybe someone else reading this will help me out, but I know that the countries that participate are the USA, UK, France, Germany, Japan, Italy, Russia, and Canada.
