She takes a lot of things as a joke unless coming from specific people that she respects, and her attitude towards strangers is just plain mean-spirited. Garter's a good girl at heart though, as it takes her a while to really trust people for her own reasons. Her snarky remarks may as well be jokes themselves; she just doesn't realize how hurtful they may actually be. The only reason it's easy to tell that she doesn't take her own insults seriously is her strong sense of justice in her, willing to protect and defend those of her race for the greater good (no matter how stupid they are).

BIOGRAPHY: The Eternial blood line is well known for their talented hands in combat and training. Whether it be by blade, firearms, hand-to-hand, no matter the weapon, nearly everyone is highly skilled at their given tool. Garter is no expectation to this, as she was trained from a young age to be a skilled swordsman. Fencing night and day with her trainers and her own father, she knew that all she wanted was to use her skills to protect the divine. She didn't promote her time to anything like guardianship or whatever- she wanted something to help her act out her dream of becoming as legendary as the previous heroes of the 88th division! Maybe beyond that! Something to keep her name strong not only as a Eternial but with her identity as a whole! Stories! Remembrance! Ah, yes, fame is what she really wanted!

Enrolling for training in the academy was a breeze for her. Her name was already held pretty highly for her history, so everyone already held respect and high expectations out of her. The Heaven Investigative Unit was a bit of a challenge for her, what with how tough the other angels around her turned out to be. Whether it was some sort of way of proving dominance over the new kids or whatever, she had no idea, but Garter knew she would waste no time with challenging those who doubted her future as an investigator. The mere sight of others just teasing and mocking those who they viewed as weaker was so angering, it was amazing that she didn't snap at them physically. However, she was a lady of God, so keeping her composure together while standing up for a certain angel was nothing too troubling. It was then at that moment when she spoke up Knickers was the beginning of a wild ride for the both of them. They would always been together and grew close as great friends, and the two held much promise in the academy as well.

They'd train together and help better each other in whatever way possible, almost balancing each other out you could say. Knickers was able to restrain Garter's strong personality from becoming too harsh, while Garter was able to keep Knickers strong and constantly reminding her to let everyone know what's what. That sort of deal, you know? After graduation and their own transfer, Garter began to grow more and more confident in them, a bit too much you could say. Repeatedly she'd go on and on about how they were so close to reaching the dream, how could she taste the big case getting nearer and nearer to them- a district like Daten would provide so much for them!

Fortunately for them, Garter was getting close on busting open a whole new case! There were some wild reports of gang activity, in Heaven itself! What kind of idiot would be runnin' about doing that, Garter wondered with glee. No matter, she was hot on their trail and didn't want to waste any time to find the culprits. It was around the same day when Knickers and Garter had managed to slip up big time... With Knickers no where in sight and unable to restrain the constantly excited Garter, there really wasn't anyone to hold her back and her wild cravings. On this day was when she had gotten a lead on the crooks, and she had left dozens and dozens of messages on Knicker's cell boasting about how she was right on the trail and that Knickers HAD to come by soon since she believed the nasty dicks would be coming around the same area she was at or something. Garter had heard some things about how the activity would take place near a little shop she had been wanting to frequent at, so taking cover there sounded like the best idea. It was literally just having their location of the perps handed to them! Genius!

Unfortunately, as Garter had put it down to the chief... they never showed up. Apparently the shop turned out to be a donut shop, and with no one around to stop her, it gave a Garter a chance to relax and enjoy the sweet moment to indulging herself over stuffed goods and coffee. By the time her belly was bursting and Knickers finally kicked herself into motion... The gang was already LONG GONE by then! Garter had feverishly denied the accusations of falling into any sort of temptation, but when Knickers eventually 'fessed up to her own deeds like the good kid she was, she eventually followed and admitted to her crimes of overeating and slacking off; so much for being the face of diligence? In the end, Garter didn't mind the fall all too much. Either she had successfully hid her own shame and guilt from Knickers or she just really didn't care at all, she still spends time milling about in Daten with her trustworthy partner in crime. While there may be some doubt as to how in the world Knickers and Garter would be able to get back their titles, Garter assures that they'll make it back in easy-peasy. That's just Garter for you.

- Like every kind of weapon summoning, a single garter is all she needs to supply her weapon. However, if she has a second garter on her, she is able to conjure a trident dagger as a means of defense. Garter is unable to create a second rapier because of this.

- While Gluttony is the prime reason that she had fallen, Garter has been involving herself with more and more sins all at once. It's safe to say that Sloth could easily by applied to her, and her recent history in Daten also points to involvement of Lust. The girl is just letting loose and having herself a good old time now, slowly.

- Even then, she respects Knickers more than anything. While Garter is clearly slipping up, she does want to better herself as long as Knickers says so, and will only listen to her word of this. She does respect most higher authority (with a little bit of snark), but if anyone tries to tell her anything who has also fallen? BAH. GET OUTTA HERE, HAVE A TWINKIE, IT'LL DO YA GOOD! Hell, humans are most easy to respect than the fallen, at least they're still taking their baby steps towards whatever fate they want!

- As for Garter's background, she was raised by an equally as loud and boisterious parents (so you can tell where she got that from). Her father being German and her mother being English, she's very much fluent in both of these tongues. While being raised and taught about her culture, she was mostly raised in the England part of Heaven having grown up there. Oh, she also has a pretty amazing understanding of the French language as well (and some phrases here and there. Her accent is HORRENDOUS though.)

- Romance is weird to Garter! She's never paid much mind to it to work out identities or anything, but so far she might as well be bisexual-panromantic. Or at least it's assumed. She hasn't held a longterm relationship in a while for anyone to make a clear analysis, and any questions towards her is usually met with laughing and a hesistant hand gesture of 'eh'.

- While she no longer holds her job as an investigator, Garter still holds her tendencies of trying to find any clues or work out any mysteries around Daten (or around the most simplest cases). It's just so gosh-darn fun, you can't hold back her heart for justice!!
