Handpaws are a really wonderful thing to have. It can still be done even without all six limbs in play (I do have the rope wrapped around one foot and kept in place by the other and hir tail, though).This is the last of that series, although I'm thinking of drawing one swimming in water just for the heck of it. To try and decide about how much water a Chakat would displace (how high shi'd float) or at least what looks about right).

There are chakats on Chakona that can participate in human sports like high bar gymnastics, but holding hir weight into hir arms for this long is something else entirely.

I tried to make it look like shi was using more than just hir arms to climb up. Shi’s supposed to be using arms, forelegs, pinning the rope between hir hindfeet, and some assistance from the tail.

Again, well done, and I agree with Snakeman. This is in keeping with how Doove describes them.
As for swimming, I think hir "front-heaviness" would give hir some trouble. Even straightened out as here and in #2, I'm not sure hir forelegs and arms would be propelling hir in the same direction. Although maybe shi could keep hir arms to hir sides and let hir lower torso do all the work. Seems like there would be a lot of drag, though. In any case, it would be interesting to see the attempt.

I'd probably being using horses and elephants as a reference. Sure, there's more "front-heaviness" in this case (a full-fledged torso instead of just a head), but that'll still be a place to start.

Agreed. Successful on these pictures.
Normal centaurs have trouble doing everything shown, but felitaurs (chakats especially) have a few more advantages.
