No(trying to find. Unfortunately, tineye don't find anything,and google just lead to some wow-art site that has works from all net.
The idea of girl and sceleton with male parts together is somehow esthetically pleasing.

In my fantazy book some liches just save their,erm,original parts for this [it's done by changing the default lichmaking spell;one type of liches-red liches-have tongue and penis as default details cause they need sexual energy to "live"].My book have a tonn of interesting stuff^^

I really enjoy the linework on the skeleton, though the proportions on it look a bit wonky, if you don't mind me saying. Still, it's a great picture. The soft shading looks really nice. c:

Yeah, I agree.
I think the collar bone's a bit to long, which forces the scapular out too far. Humerus also looks shorter than the ulna & radius arm bones, though foreshortening would explain this...
Still a great concept though!
