I've already heard of this game before, but I've never gotten the chance to play it. Has it been re-released to anything?

In the states, it was only released on SegaCD. As far as I know, all other releases were in Japan only (super famicom and MSX2, I know...).
As far as a RE-release goes, I don't recall hearing anything about it, nor do I expect to see one anytime in the near future. Shame, really, because it's an incredibly fun game!
