Description
I'm a HUGE fan of the Paper Mario series, so I felt like showing it some love. I only included characters from the first 2 games because I wasn't a fan of the third entry. Can't wait for the 3DS game though CBI may go back and eventually add Bowser, Peach, Luigi, Frankly, and some other characters, but I'm content with it as it is for now.

Not really :c There really aren't any RPG elements. Battles are pointless because you don't earn any experience points. And the sticker gimmick gets annoying after a while.

no rpg? no experience points? you are are practically saying it lacks what makes a paper mario! well I guess I'll be waiting more then,prices here are astronomically expensive

Yeah it was a real disappointment :T it's more of a point and click game instead of being an RPG.

I went to see a walkthrought of it,althought it doesn't seem boring I thought it looked somehow...easy,not that the paper marios can be clasified as hard but at least you have the need to learn to manage your points in them...
sight...guess I'll rather replay the thousand year door instead...

Love this series so very much. I just wish Nintendo would stop trying to change the formula. There was absolutely nothing wrong with the first Paper Mario, and Thousand-Year Door was one of the best games I've ever played because it built off of the first one and improved it in nearly every way possible. Super Paper Mario lacked so many of the things the first two games had and the new one for 3DS continues to drag the series away from what makes it so great. I don't see why Nintendo feels they need to change so much about Paper Mario but it depresses me so much.

Oh I agree. I haven't played Sticker Star yet, though I did ask for it for Christmas. I tried the demo and I can tell it's not gonna be what I was hoping :T
What's even more upsetting about that game was that I heard they originally planned to have partners for Mario, till Miyamoto came in and said they were unnecessary.. He also stated that Paper Mario games don't need to be about their stories... so if he stays in charge of these projects I don't see the series going back to what I knew and loved. But at least we'll always have the first two go to back and revisit xD

Wow, it's been so long since I played the original Paper Mario, I actually forgotten some of the characters like that cheap cheap and the lakitu. I especially like how you fit all the partners from the game in the picture. Super Paper Mario was fun and creative, but one thing I didn't like about it was it didn't have any likable and memorable partners like the ones from previous two games. Paper Mario: The Thousand Year Door as certainly my favorite because it had the most engaging stories and the most engaging characters. My personal favorite partner was Vivian the shadow siren.

Yeah the games really lost their charm after Thousand Year Door. I miss the partner system :T
It's hard for me to pick a favorite between the first two, but I agree the 2nd had a more interesting story. vivian's one of my favorites as well!

The Paper Mario series is definitely a fun and interesting one, I loved all the games so far. Excellent work on drawing all of these characters!

Agree or disagree, there are some crowds who like the third one. Chuggaconroy seems to have some issues with Super Paper Mario but he seems to like the game a bit. In conclution, some people like the third game and some people don't in according to my oponion. I still like this artword though.
