Finally, a new texture. This one was alot of fun. Me and *Teh-Ray worked on this together, and I'd say it came out AWESOMELY. I did the base coloring and stuff, he did the fur, eyes and wings. Lol, I kinda had to show him where some of the stuff was.Anyway, take a look at his artistic rendition here: [link]

Oh lol. Thanks! Actually, Yoshi is one of the easiest characters to edit. His texture files are really easy to follow. I'd say Charizard was the same (only has one body texture file), but my Flygon took a LOOONG time to get to look right. I'm still not entirely sure he does.
Anyways, if you're interested, I could put up Yoshi's TGAs so you could have a look. We need moar texture hackers.

Gah, Charizard is another I'd love to do! Yoshi and 'zard are two of my favorite characters ever. XD
It's something I've never done before, so I wouldn't even have the slightest on how to start. Plus, my Yoshi form is a little complicated. He has additional accessories, not sure if those could be added on. X3

Well, with my Flygon texture of Charizard, most of it was recolor. Take a look at him. There are ways to color the TGA and preview how it looks on the model. You can either do that in Brawl (thanks to the SD loader), or by viewing it in a 3D rendering program like 3ds Max. But PC rendering is slightly deceptive.
Also, notice the horn on his nose and yellow spike on his tail? Certain accessories can be made to look a little 3D on the model.

Ah yes. It all does look very nice! (Loved the grovyle Yoshi too!) My Yoshi form has 3 extra spikes down his tail and his shell is held on by a belt. He also wears a vest and has toeless boots. I figured it might be too hard to make some of that stuff. XD

The hardest part might be those boots.

NP, and no. I myself don't really have that much artistic ability. There's lots of tricks you can use to pull off the right effects. Just keep checking how it looks in Brawl, and you'll figure it out.
