Description
His latest project was a Charizard with heavy dragon ancestry. This was more of a challenge because he reached his final evolution, meaning anatomical differences couldn't be solved by the mysterious process. Therefore, a dragon pokemon with a similar build was chosen.

As mentioned before, evolution typically solves many of the anatomical issues arising from genetic resequencing, most notably size. Various techniques have been pioneered that help shape the result of the next form. The evolution process can even be stopped by pressing a button… *SHOT* Um, yeah, it can be stopped using Everstone radiation treatment, but only before the pokemon evolves. This treatment is reversible is the pokemon later decides to accept evolution. However, there is no known way to trigger evolution in pokemon who have reached their final form, as their DNA doesn’t have the necessary genes to allow it. Various gene therapies have been attempted and have all failed. So genetic resequencing for these pokemon is much more complicated. Although nearly all pokemon experience ‘growing pains’ as their body changes from the procedure, these special cases usually have it worse. Painkillers can be administered, but only in small doses, because higher doses tend to cause negative side effects.

I love this texture. Flygon is my favorite pokemon, so this was my first real attempt at texture hacking. The only real problem I had was those hip-cap things. For some reason Flygon's hips are drawn differently with different perspectives in the anime. Also, does anyone think he should be a lighter green?
