Description He's het for T-Rex!

I guess I should explain: A RAPTOR is a type of gecko morph. The letters stand for Red-eyed Albino Patternless Tremper ORange. In this case, it's sort of a pun.

This reminds me of the time I accidentally left my sister's hermit crab in an empty carrier cage for a day...as soon as I realized I left her there, I opened it, and she tried to rip my nail off. XD

Awww. Did it hurt? Mine have never bitten me unless it was by accident and they were actually aiming for the worm I was holding. lol

No. Just defence moves the old slow tail wagging. I separated them for a week. Cleaned out the main viv and put them back. They seem to not mind each-other any more.

That's good. Sometimes you just need to neutralize the territory before you can put them together. I learned that the hard way. I decided to see if I could put Tiamat and Mandarin together in the same tank, but I forgot to clean out Tiamat's tank before attempting to so. Mandarin was all cool as she normally is (very laid back lizard), but Tiamat wasn't having any of it and bit her on the neck. I had to spray them with water to separate them. I felt so stupid. >.< But then I cleaned everything and put them together and they didn't fight at all. But, Tiamat wasn't eating and seemed very unhappy so I separated them again. The end.

some times it doesn't always work out. Slinky who is my normal coloured I always feed her 2 or 3 large crickets before I let about 4 go free. Crystal always eats up the running ones. Plus she is two fat for a gecko. She can't lift her tail so she is on a diet.

Mandarin is kinda fat too. Her tail is almost as big as she is, but she can still carry it. XD

Well as long as both of them are eating or otherwise trying their best to do so, I wouldn't worry too much. You could always remove one during feeding time and place her in a separate, special tank or something and feed her if you really want to be thorough.
