Like many others, I agree that The End's boss fight in the base game felt more like a minigame than an actual final boss fight. On the other hand, it's freaking monologue sent chills down my spine (And all of this while playing the awesome song "I'm with you"). And to think our blue blur has come this far huh? From fighting a mad scientist and his army of robots, to fighting deities and now a sentient representation of death itself. Sonic and Sage surely had their work cut out for them, and they delivered.
