It's just hard to open up sometimes.. I've gone so long with people not giving a damn about my problems when I try to talk, it's just hard.
And I really hate it when you're unhappy too D; tell me if there's every anything I can do to help, I want you to feel good, never ever ever awful.

So here's the bad news okay. I sent them a note and they take 10 days to reply. It says, " we are no longer taking e-mails on these issues and try contacting your internet provider or computer support."
So here we go with the ONLY site on the net that gives me problems and they have so many people complaining that they just say..."get lost!"
This doesn't surprise me though, so I just have to keep trying to fix things myself.

Oh wow.. you'd think they'd try with so many complaints! I know it's not my internet or computer even though both are really crappy, but this doesn't happen on any other site for me either.

Well, they don't want to hear it. Their I.T. people have them convinced that it's everyone's equipment when I know for sure it isn't, but what can you do??/ Of you think of something let me know. Mine is running better now that they changed some servers .
