A (relatively) quick drawing so Iβd have something to post for you guys tonight. I just ran with whatever popped into my head based on some cool art Iβve seen today, and this is the result!

Guess what happens when you replace the fur color with variations of the shirt's yellow color? You get the formerly(ish)-alcoholic khajiiti fire mage--that apparently got on the really-bad side of Nocturnal at some point in her life--known as Katia F**CKING Managan (and yes, that is her cannon middle-name)! Seriously, you've got the cheek-tufts and somewhat-angular head shape and everything! The clothes look like they'd fit with Hammerfell attire, too. One quick color-swap and you have fanart of one of, if not THE greatest web-comic the internet has ever seen.

...actually, no I wouldn't. She's a poor khajiit who's suffered from night-terrors and chronic-depression for most of her life who thought she could never use magic ever in the history of ever. Us little voices inside her head dropping those burns and overall being down-putting ruined her life multiple times, many of which involved her getting blackout-drunk because she was trying to cope with the depression we weren't helping her with- HELL we made it worse! I wouldn't do that to her.
Because of us, Prequel's secondary name is literally "Making A Cat Cry" for god's sake! Sure, those sick-burns lighting candles lead to figuring out she was really an Atronach who's been on an empty-tank her whole life, but then right after she finds out by accidentally filling-up, we tell her to go down into those ruins, nearly killing her, and resulting in her getting drunk and ending up in Quill's house after apparently making out with a necromancer, all because we were Grade-A douchebags to an unstable, depressed, and almost entirely hopeless (mostly thanks to us) khajiit who is hypersensitive to alcohol. But hey, at least she's a fire mage, right? NOPE. That lead her to Kvatch, and then to the Kvatch Mage's Guild, and then to her getting robbed-blind and then sleeping naked in a church... which she then accidentally lit on fire...

I've seen most of the comments by the time I'm writing this. And I have to agree with the other comments, his muzzle looks a little too canine like. But other than that, it's a really good and cool concept design of a cat. Also I guessed that white sash first try, so some people see things differently. It's just a matter of an illusion.

Yeah I was hoping the lines on the white sash and the vest sticking out underneath would help it look that way, but not everybody will see something the same way, as you mentioned.

Although his face is a bit too vulpine, I do quite like this guy. (Assuming he is a guy, of course.) He has a very neat, almost Aladdin-like feel to him.
Speaking of, "Not sure if wearing a sash that just happens to match his fur color, or baring his midriff."

It's supposed to be a white sash/wrapping of some kind. I was hoping the extra bit of his vest sticking out the bottom would counteract that.

The only thing I'd point out is that I think the muzzle is a little too long for a cat. Cats' faces are much shorter than dogs'. This guy just barely on the verge of looking like a dog with a long tail. Other than that, it's pretty cool!
