I know a lot of you have been waiting for this for a while. <3 POW!
With this being a world filled with animals, I wanted to incorporate the ability to fight with your tail in this sport. I alllmooost left it out and had Nes default to some other kind of move because it was challenging to figure out how to do this, but I decided that this is something the story needed to make it unique.

I think it'd depend upon if the panther or jaguar? Caught the roo by surprise or not. If it did then the roo would not stand a chance but if not then the cat just might get sentΒ packing after a thorough whooping.

Yup. I saw on the last page, a few commenters were predicting something like this. Nothing wrong with that, as it makes sense. Nes obviously didn't get this far for nothing. Plus, when you combine kangaroo legs with bouncy ropes, something like this is bound to happen (rookie mistake, Mr. Panther 
Also love the extra glint on Nes' tail; kinda like a parody of how swords look in cartoons when they're able to do some serious damage! And boy does that tail deliver!Β
Now the panther's got himself a bloody nose too! Love the look of surprised agony, serves him right! Although this doesn't necessarily mean Nes will win this fight. It could still go either way. But at least now things are a little more even, and Nes is now relying more on instinct than over-thinking doubt.Β
Heh, I'm still hoping we get the line, "That's 'Nes' to you - KID!"
