Description Well, I had not much to do at the moment, but I have found myself curious with sprite work once again. Most likely after seeing an animation by Hyourinjutsu. Seeing as he usually uses this style of sprites (although he may occasionally use another style of sprites here and there), it also tempted me to look back to the game itself. I never really realized Arc System Works made this, to which I don't know how that was never noticed beforehand. Either way, it's a really neat game, even though it's a little unfortunate that not all characters were made to be playable. Their roles as Z-Assists are pretty cool, though!

Either way, I decided to take the Super Saiyan Vegeta sprite sheet as I was testing a few methods of changing colors, and tried applying the Super Saiyan Blue form to him. Note, Vegeta does already appear in the game in that form, but only as a Z-Assist, and wearing his Whis training uniform. My overall idea behind this sheet was to give him that form in his usual outfit, kind of like how it is in the Future Trunks Arc of Dragon Ball Super, while also using the same colors that his skin changes to, as well as his hair and eyes.

As for the blue jumpsuit clothing, there were some shades that change in contrast to Super Saiyan and his normal state, but in Blue, the game has the clothes take their normal shades. So in other words, I really wanted to make this look accurate to the game's style. I definitely think I did a good job with that.

Anyway, if you guys are looking for something like this to use for your animations or art, go right ahead! Just make sure to give credit where credit is due whenever necessary.

Credit to Ploaj of The Spriters Resource for ripping the original sprite sheet from the game.

Thank you. I’m glad I seemed to pull this off rather flawlessly, even if it did take me a little while.
