Hmmm it seems I`ve just started a sithmas collection of snowy siths : D
Well, technically not siths, but dark side forceusers, but anyways... Snowy bad guys : D

May I ask why the lightsaber he's holding is green and not red?

Mostly it is because it`s a major nod to the happenings in one very interesting FRPG. I read all that as pretty much solid fanfic. It was that good. It had almost none of rp feeling, was like some sort of the book.
But the thing is, that this is Qui-Gon`s lightsaber and basically on the other end of it, where the spectator is, actually should be Obi-Wan.

Not complaining, I think they look cool. After all, Maul's outfit and robes looks very Samurai inspired, so I actually wish that he wore them in the movieΒ

Agreed. I guess they avoided the split toe tabi boots because then it would look too obvious inspired by Samurai and Japanese culture. Would be cool to see someone do that cosplayΒ

Ah love this so much! And not just because Darth Maul is my weakness, but its so lively and painterly, and damn that defiant look on his face is just wonderful!
