Letting Go

She would have to learn how to free her mind and to let go of all her beliefs. This she would need to practice every day, letting her thoughts just drift by without engaging them. They would teach her to just observe and thus she could begin to see what lay beyond the endless stream of thought. This was her destination now, the realms beyond the mind where true knowledge could be accessed.

Mundane concerns would be put aside. What did it matter the never ending intrigues and manipulations of the outer world. These could only serve to distract her from what was truly important. They would show her how to access the hidden depths of her being, but to enter this sanctuary she would have to let go of everything she had been taught, for it was all based on limitation and false beliefs. These were what kept people shackled and confined in a prison of their own making. What people were told was not the truth and there was so much more to everything than she'd ever realised, even in her wildest dreams. She would be shown how to move beyond the illusions that others though were real, and her world would be changed for ever.
