Sometimes, she could sense the energies changing. Anomalies could appear anywhere and allow brief windows through which malevolent forces would enter. Once an entity had made it through, it could be difficult to deal with. They would all have to be on their guard. They were taught how to erect a defensive shield around themselves to block negative intrusion into their personal space. "Just because you can't see something", they said, "doesn't mean it's not there. Even if you can't see it, you may still be able to feel it in subtle ways and when you do, you can take action". They said "You can command your personal space as sovereign and demand that any entity or negative force leave immediately." "It is", they said, "when they are allowed to stay that you can find yourself harbouring dark thoughts. Over time this can grow into a kind of mental torment or obsession".

The sooner it is recognised and confronted, the quicker the unwelcome intruder can be evicted. Only then will peace of mind be restored. Most do not realise what may be hiding in their vicinity, just waiting for an opportunity to strike. They can only do this if your vibration drops to a low level for some reason. Maybe a trauma, a shock or something bad happening. Then they will attempt to slip in and stir up discontent, revelling in anguish and discord. "There is as much dark in this world as there is light", they were told and they need to learn the ways of both. Ignorance is no defence and many have been possessed and they don't even know it. The dark is scary for that very reason, because most are completely unaware of it. That's how creatures of the dark want it to be. For as long as they are unseen, they are safe to spread their misery. In this way their survival is assured. Now that she knew what to look for she remained alert and ready to act. Intruders would be kept at bay.
