"Ah, there you are." The General barks upon seeing Chol approaching; "You went from having the highest security clearance in the country, to damn near being labeled a terrorist all in one day."
"Nothing we didn't anticipate General." Chol replies calmly. "Some cosmetic surgery and another new identity and everything will be fine."
"Humph; just because we anticipated it, don't mean I like it son." the General says sourly as Kaylee steps out of the Generals line of vision and puts a finger to her head, pantomiming shooting herself. "What's the progress report on Phase Five?" the General barks.
Calmly Chol says; "We've managed to make enough soldiers to overwhelm the known population of mutants in the city. And with your latest delivery of equipment they're all ready to go."
"And how will they perform." the General asks.
"With the improvements to Dr. Townsend's control chip, they don't even need training." Chol informs him; "After the initial surgery, the implant takes over motor control functions and makes them the perfect soldiers."
"Good. Cause the sooner we can rid this city of it's infestation of mutants and so called supers, the sooner it'll be able to get back to it's glory days. And show everyone just how much those freaks drag down our society." the General states.
"Whenever you're ready General, just say the word." Chol tells him.
"First I want to make sure the President's in town." the General tells him; "If we get rid of that mutant-lover it'll pave the way for my Presidential nomination. Deep pockets want me in the Oval Office son, deep pockets."
"Of course sir." Chol replies. "Any idea when that may take place? We do have the problem of feeding and housing all of these soldiers."
"I'll send another shipment, just in case. But he's actually scheduled to speak here next week." the General informs him.
