WOw, this is great. And yes, I like the album too and I like the energy, but I was a bit worried when I saw the looks that went with this era.

Thanks The albums got kinda that new wave punkish energy I love, like on Serious and Nurse Rosetta...
It's scary watching a deathly emaciated Alice perform, and I do feel REALLY guilty for actually liking the skinniness. It fits the album, but I wouldn't want him to stay sickly.

I heard the album first and always thought it had a lot calmer songs for an Alice Cooper one - then I saw 'The strange case' and I have to admit I couldn't believe he had the engery to make it through the whole set judging from his looks but there's so much feverish energy it's amazing to watch.

Your link's borked on my side, but I've watched "The Strange Case" and it's fantastic, if a bit dark and hard to see. I just hope one day I get to watch it in a better medium (i.e not YouTube quality), or better yet I hope we get time machines soon!

Time machines would be great - but I think I'd need more than one trip there are a few more concerts of his that I'd love to see.
And if you hang around eBay sooner or later a VHS copy of the Strange case might show up (and if you're even more lucky for a reasonable price). DVD versions seem to be pirated but they are around too... A search for it should give you several options plus probably a torrent download.
