Sew the outer edge of each front piece to one back piece, but leave a gap at the top that is roughly the same length as your doll's measurement from waist to thigh. Press the seam allowance on the gap and sew close to the edges.With right sides together, sew up the front seam from the waist down to the same place as the side vents, do the same for the back.
