After Ernesto de la Crap killed Hector, did Imelda asked him what happened to her husband? And what did Ernesto tell her? If I was him I would not tell her that he abandoned her for good, I would have blamed Hector's death on someone else. Something along the lines of "Oh Hector was killed by a crazy fan! That's why he can't come back!"Β

Interesting theory, but I highly doubt that's how it works. I think the most that would happen would be he'd feel a phantom pain and then move on. Miguel however would get into nine kinds of trouble.

well you never know there could be more things about the land of the dead we do not know about that was not revealed in the movie like did you see the deleted scene where Miguel try to get home buy crossing the Bridge and Ernesto try to stop him but it back fired.
you think that is all that would happen to him.
and not unless Miguel was able to cover his tracks and did not get caught but who knows because he snuck into Ernesto tomb before and knew how to break into it without attracting to much attention at first until he played the guitar anyway but who says it has to be Miguel who try to do it.

Β I haven't seen any of the deleted scenes yet, but I'm planning to. And I think we can all agree to disagree on how the Land of the Dead works. Plus, even if you could get away with it, you shouldn't desecrate someone else's dead body, no matter how terrible they were.

indeed it is cruel and I should not have brought it up its just that in the story I have I wrote that I told you I am not sure if Miguel could go back to the land of the dead buy just taking one of his relatives photo off the offrenda and playing the guitar on the pedistals in front of the Offrenda would take him back to the land of the dead so that is why I came up with the idea for a remasted story do you want to hear what happens in it? and do not worry I will make sure my grammar make sense.
