And here's the "bad guy edition"... xDNow, before this gets totally misunderstood, I gotta write a little explanation: This is NOT meant to be fangirl bashing in any form. I'm a hopeless fangirl myself who happens to love the fictional bad guys, lol. I'm also NOT criticizing fantasizing about fictional characters.
The point is that some fangirls go to the point of saying stuff like "I'd love to have *insert bad guy character here* as a boyfriend" or "I wish *insert evil guy here* was real" and actually believe that guys like that would love them selflessly - which is a bit delusional. Let's face it, fictional "bad guys" wouldn't make the perfect boyfriend/husband/whatever in reality. xD

Unfortunately I do admit I have an interest for...specifically Sephiroth. Though I'm also aware of the one sided issues involved in liking a villain because they are supposed to be evil and don't become suddenly "loving, friendly Prince Charming" from a first glance or date. My interest in Sephiroth didn't spark until much later after seeing my friend play KH. Even though I found him attractive I never liked him on a romantic level because I've always seen him as a psychotic man than a "broken angel" who can only be cured by "true love". *coughs* With a case such as Sephiroth, he definitely does not make a good boyfriend or husband. Reading "Sephiroth's Desires" (by CPMiller) helped me adjust my perception on Sephiroth at little bit more; being cruel, domineering and taunting and especially towards women. I imagine there is also a high chance he'd treat women the same way that misogynists do in real life because he can perceive them as weak (based on his dislike of the entire human race). And at least I still have enough sanity to divide the line between fiction and reality...
However I'd still be too scared and shy to talk to attractive people; and I certainly don't want to cuddle a psychotic murderer without being stabbed with a long sword (no pun intended).

I agree with this because I'm good friends with a guy who's practically a spitting image of England from Hetalia. He's cool to be around and all but the dude is (and I say this frequently to him) an egotistical, narcissistic guy. The man will twist your arm around and pin you to the ground if you poke him and fuss at you if you touch his hair.
We ended up in a play together as love interests and since he is 9 years older than me, it was awkward no matter what. I got the opportunity to have an England look-a-like propose to me (several times) and I know some girls would kill for that chance. I'm like "Meh, whatever."
