Glad you appreciate the nuances. The least I could do to honour something I couldn't possibly comprehend. Although this is for all those who fight and lose their lives in war - nothing can compare to the lives lost during WWI. I think the image of the poppy is synonymous with remembering those who fell during 1914-1918 in particular.
