~Annie Leonhardt, Attack on TitanI tried to make something meaningful. She strikes me as a lonely individual on the inside.
Left to right, Annie as a child undergoing combat training, youth in Wall Rose, member of 104th Corps, and Military Police.
This show gets me so excited, can't wait for more episodes of the female titan arc.

I'm with you on what this picture stands for. When it was discovered that Annie was the Female Titan who was killing off the Scouts, I bet A LOT of people really HATED her. However, when bits of her past were seen and some of the things she said, I began to sympathize her character. Annie didn't have a normal childhood like most kids would. She's seen probably just as much as Hell as Eren, Mikasa, and even Levi.
In the episode "Smile" when she was speaking to Marlowe, she said something about "Going with the flow." In hard times, all anyone wants is to live the normal life. When some like Eren wants to break from that flow, it seems like they want to do something other than just go with the crowd like anyone else would. It's easier to go with the crowd; and harder to break the flow.

I would like to see Annie come back in the next season I feel her story isn't done yet she was dealt a bad hand in life she lost hope in everything

When i first saw annie in the manga i knew right away that she would be my favourite character in the series. Even that she killed all those people and looks like she doesnt care i think that inside she isnt such a monster as she may look like on the outside. i hope that she will return it the serie (she probably will ). Anyway great work love youre drawings

He told her that people will hate her for what she has become and that she must treat the whole world as her enemy. He also said that she'd likely never forgive him for what he'd done (details are scarce here) but that, at the end of the hay, she should just come back home.

question I started reading the manga after the anime did he say somthing that was not shown in the anime?

The flash-backs that Annie had of her father were shown in the anime (episode 23 and 25). However, the flash-backs with Annie and Eren were not (where she taught him her fighting moves and genuinely smiled because she was happy). I'm sad that the latter wasn't shown.

I love Annie....the more I really looked at her, the more depth and emotion she seemed to have (albeit hidden)....

That one cameo she made in Wall Rose as a refugee....(along with Reiner and Bertl)....it may appear that they, too, were victims, but then you realize why they really WERE there.....

I agree. She keeps it all inside, it's why it may not look like it at first. Waiting to find out exactly what went on in her childhood.
I like how that was added in the anime, it helps clarify the events later on.
