Description
Although familiarity can proverbially cause contempt, even the most common Mallard Ducks can be a marvel to behold. It is, however, instructive to watch ducks trying to land on ice and snow, for they often lose their balance and flop forward, but they are generally graceful in flight. This picture was taken in winter at Coe Lake in Berea.
