Love the costume! This is not at all a criticism of what you have created but I really wish the comic designers had done something else with her shoes.
"Hey that Spider Gwen concept looks great Bob, but I'm not sure it's right about the feet."
"Really Ted? I think she looks great with the cool black foot hugging sock bootie with the spider print sole."

In the comic they are not green but matching neon blue like her costume's webbing patterns. They were made because design wise for readers when Spider-Gwen is seen in dark location or at night the reader would still be able to tell where Spider-Gwen begins and ends giving focus on her from top to bottom vs the coloring camouflaging or having her faded into the background. Doing so Spider-Gwen would stand out and be able to be followed for the reader plus matches the punk rock album like tones of the world. Plus when Gwen first made her costume she wanted to stand out using her powers first for fame (much like Peter first used his powers for profit before he had his great failure and tragedy). She set a bad example and wasted her gifts doing so using her powers for fame and fate struck back.
So from both an artist stand point for readers and even in story there is a point to the design of her costume
Plus if you think about it with the exception of his black suit (which he sometimes does wear for stealth missions or when angry) when Peter/Spider-Man wears his red colored costume red is a vibrant and easy to see coloring so that coloring for stealth isn't suitable but again he made that costume to be seen swinging about and photographed.

And her whole costume is not great for stealth. In fact there are not many Superhero's costumes designed for stealth.
Just if I was a cute chick super I would try not to pick something that made my feet look like big neon flippers.

Well after so many years in comics Peter's outfits has seen a couple of changes and makeovers. Maybe like 616 Peter in the future when stealth is a major factor in a tale Earth-65 Gwen will gain her own Black Suit costume and even future artists giving her different designs (while all fitting and inspired from the tone of the story, world, character, and theme of a spider hero and her original costume). Future artists of her series might agree with you and give her a change up.

On this site I've seen artists and cosplays making designs for Peter and MJ and Gwen and it is fascinating and fun to discover. The original designer and main series and character artist for SpiderGwen is going blind and his hand is failing due to health thus he is stepping down but wants to go out with a big bang with "Venom SpiderGwen" storyline being created by the team right now for hopefully 2017 or 2018 (sometimes working on a story idea, designs, and arc can take some time). After him other series artist will be passed the torch and with them new design and art style possibilities.

Beautiful work.
There are a few things in details that is a tad off from the Gwen from the comics and this gwen presented. Earth-65 Gwen currently has shorter (stopping at neck level) and messy hair (you know like hat hair but this time messy yet silk like mask hair) plus the shoes color is a bit different from the comic's version.
Nice shiny outfit you gave her giving a metallic vibe.
