Description
Jolly-O Wipplesnit is the only son of Swizzle Malarkey and Sticky Wipplesnit; the third youngest of the next generation kids (at least for those that are parented by Sugar Rush racers).
His theme centers around hard candies, but those that are like Jolly Ranchers.
He likes to dress in a cosplay-like aesthetic. If an outfit does not make him look like an anime protagonist, he doesn't want to wear it.

Jolly-O is a cocky little weeaboo. He lives under the mindset that he is the main character- he even makes believe that he has his own stand called "Shut Up and Drive"! He can be annoying, but he still has a couple of friends amongst the Next Gen.

He is best friends with Cadbury Treat and he gets along well with Felix the III. He does have enemies: Cerecita Chamoy-Bing-Bing and Sourpat. Cere just sees him as a nuisance though; Sourpat, on the otherhand, actually hates him. It's still not clear why.
