Apologies to all whose comments/favorites were mercilessly destroyed; I learned how to make an swf file and this thing kinda requires sound.

As I can't upload a video here on DA, I've had to convert the file to a .swf. You can still view and download this in a video file over here: vimeo.com/102374200

For those who can't understand me, he says: "Okay, so this is a simple lip-sync test. Hopefully everything goes well!"
No reference (on the lips) were used!

But...no. Everything did NOT go well! Why do I gotta speak so bloody fast?! @.@

I wish I'd slow down so I could convey the message I'm trying to tell me without tripping myself up!

On that note: any constructive criticism/advice you can give me? (Preferably advice)

I know one! Don't attempt to do this in the span of a few hours @.@ (really a couple or so hours, with one or two spent on the actual lip sync alone)

Also, I know the eyes go through the eyelids when blinking, that's not in my control, that's sommat with the rig.

Heavily rushed? Aye, but I also talk too fast for my own good xD
