Graphite pencil practice
turned into something more useful
and slightly maudlin;
a supplementary illustration for a
self-assigned writing exercise, titled "Icarus".
I decided to kill, err, touch two birds with one stone
so this also acts as 35. Walk of my 100 Themes.
(Yes, I'm taking on this! Albeit, with lack of order.)

Granite pencils are fun stuff;
but I got these uberly fatty ones for my bony fingers.
