In this assignment, we were charged with the task of drawing an art trade- namely, we draw the trading partner's character- we draw the character's wish in life in the best representation and manifestation of their character's wish or goal in life.

It's been a delight to be partnered with the fabulous artist and storyteller, sherkira !

Her character, Gohan, currently enrolled in 's 13th Round, shows much of an interesting parallel with his creator- both are imaginative artists with a unique and gifted vision and command of their respective talents.

sherkira aptly described Gohan's wish: Desiring to seek knowledge since a child, Gohan ardently pursues learning- he employs this passion in actively learning subjects and skills to aid his comrades in their adventures- however, art holds the most for Gohan, and he frequently finds himself sketching or painting.

So here, the idea came to mind that Gohan would view the world around him in imaginative, brilliant colors and shapes- an artistic vision of the reality he is in, if you will. Thus, here's Gohan, in a secluded yet serene forest, painting the vista before him, all immersed in the beauty of the forest itself and through his fantastic vision.
