I really love how snug the outfit fits Katie. I'm sure it's not just me and Andrea that like that either. hehe
I'm always fascinated by the minor differences that come about from various artists putting their little touches on characters. Like Katie's slightly darker colored green boots.

I'll go with the growing consensus regarding the hair and face. The makeup works extremely well with the mask and the I really like the design/texture on the green
And the darker green for the gloves and boots helps them stand out a bit more.
