Awesome... getting things nice and symetrical has been a pain for me
BTW I'm looking for someone to make an object for me... (I suck at doing things like that)... I need a hypodermic needle for a scene I'm working on in Bryce 7... You wouldn't happen to wanna help me out would you ?

i'm not a trekkie, so i'm not familiar with the scene you reference. but i did find a cool syringe model on the net (free usage/non commercial).
i email'd it to you.

Very helpful tut. I created this while playing with it.

I'm curious though, is the copy-paste technique used to work around the duplicate bug? They may have fixed that by now, but I felt much better using this method. So thanks.

thanks...i dunno about a dup bug, this was just the way i 1st did it. it worked so i didn't try to figure out another way

I read in the Daz forums that when using the duplicate or multi-replicate shortcuts your file could become corrupted. As far as I know it never happened to me but I stopped doing it anyway. I had never thought of this.

Thats a real cool tut Allen - Interessting - an approach to symmetrical i've never tried - thats what i love with bryce ...almost ndless posibillities

TexManson In reply to Ingostan [2010-02-12 02:00:12 +0000 UTC]

Cool thing is no two people do Bryce exactly the same...i think you could do some cool tut's too...to give Bryce knowledge away can only expand the Bryce community (that's my hpe anyways)

TexManson In reply to jim373 [2010-02-11 22:04:19 +0000 UTC]

That was what this was for Bro!...i started one last tuesday night, and way over complicated it...lol...36 frames into it and i realized i was about half through with it. it was more like a 'Making Of' thing...i may still finish it some time. or not

i decided that this simple approach actually better explained it than trying to do a complete piece of art

jim373 In reply to TexManson [2010-02-12 00:15:36 +0000 UTC]
