A new chapter of Seeds Of Deception - Special Story: The Evil That Mechs Do , a saga set during the age of Nova Prime (and beyond).
Ominous art for Thunderwing by Peter.
This story is set before the flashback re-lived by Thunderwing's body in Stormbringer #4 (page 6).
Shauna designed the missing details of Thunderwing's robotic figure.
Panel 2 is a nod to the classic G1 Marvel US stories featuring Thunderwing possessed by the Matrix (especially issue #75).
The nameless mech in panel 6 is Jhiaxus, revealed as Nova Prime's scientific advisor in Spotlight: Arcee and Revelation.
Panel 7 implies a time jump: we move from the beginning of the experiment to its final results!

The Dark Universe? Hmmm...a dimension within a dimension...that sounds like the Crystal Aliens from Indiana Jones and the Crystal Skull. But that begs the question...what lurks in this universe besides Jhiaxus...andΒ is it connected to Unicron?

A suspicion was born after the end of the Regeneration One storyline. What if the Dark Matrix Entity is the first step of the birth of the Darkness?
