Her curse was originally described by Gearlordex, and I tried as hard as I could to transmit it as faithfully as possible:
Amber Birch is what many would call a preppy girl: curvy, long blonde hair, well-kept skin, a pretty face, and a beauty mark in her right cheek! Boys and girls alike call her attractive, and she tries to live her life taking it easy. However, there's just one problem she never got over: her low self-esteem. No matter how many compliments she got, no matter how much she worked on her appearance, she always heard a little voice inside her head saying she was not rpetty enough. Things got tough when she irresponsibly gained a crush on one of the school's most arrogant and selfish guys, the jock named Butch.
Her problem became so bad that it eventually started to affect her body: every time she thinks low of herself, wallows in self-pity or otherwise cannot feel pride for her own appearance and skills, she becomes gradually shorter and loses her beauty. She doesn't seem to notice this happening to her, but getting her in a good mood or making her feel better about herself ends up reversing the changes every time they happen.

Originally, she was supposed to change when she met a woman more attractive than her, and eventually she'd need glasses I forgot that while doing this. Well, it's going to the same direction, kinda. Hey, I got the hair right!
Damn, that guy couldn't look more like an asshole. He even trashed my previous least favorite, Drake.
Oh, and she's supposed to be holding her books. Hence her weird arm position all the time. We'll need a prop for books.

You guys wanted Ellie's Strange Life? I wanted too, but this took too much of my time today. AND I should have been studying!
